For over 50 years, Blue Grass Chemical has specialized in manufacturing inorganic salt solutions, particularly nitrates. Our expertise extends to precipitation, chlorides, and a wide range of other metal salts. With over 20 reaction vessels at our New Albany, IN facility, we have the scale and flexibility to handle complex chemistries.
Separation and Custom Processing
Blue Grass operates four recessed chamber filter presses and a stainless-steel centrifuge to refine and separate your chemistry from the reaction phase. We also offer available plant footprint for custom setups and are open to installing or co-investing in specialized equipment to meet your product requirements.
Finishing and Final Specification
Our facility houses multiple ribbon blenders, box furnaces (up to 565°C), and a variety of finishing equipment to bring your product to its final specification. Whether blending, drying, or heat treating, Blue Grass ensures consistency, quality, and performance in every batch.
